Thompson Fine Arts, Inc. has two main goals when it comes to our design lines.
The first is to create one of a kind designs that will delight the collector.
The second is to help artisans from around the world.
When we first began, we noticed that globalization enabled us to have our imaginations manifest themselves at unbelievable prices. But this also meant that somewhere a worker would be recieving much less that his/her due for their incredible craftsmanship.
Today we personally go into markets and work directly with our artisans to make sure they are treated fairly, recieve their full wages, and can contact us without a go-between. This also means that there isn't a single piece that isn't overseen personally for the collector's benefit. But most of all, it means that when you purchase from us, you will be making a difference to a family somewhere.
We are not a non-profit organization, although we do work with/for non-profit endeavors regularly. But we have made the choice to be fully aware of the impact our company's endeavors have the potential to make.
